We hope you will visit here often to check for information and updates about your neighborhood.  Located just above Keawakapu Beach, Wailea Kai features 100 homesites on more than 34 acres. Residents here can enjoy a short walk to the ocean, gated entry ways, and a private community park. Wailea Kai is noted for its peaceful cul-de-sacs and winding, tree-shaded streets.
We've put our association online to provide you with more convenience and a wealth of website services and information regarding our homeowners association. Some of the website is available to the public. Other services are only available to current residents by signing in.

Quiet Hours and Days
Shhhhhhh...... Wailea Kai has quiet hours and quiet days....


Trash: Trash  is collected on Tuesdays from the curb in front of your residence.  Please be sure to only have 6 pieces total. Palm fronds must be bundles with twine, cord or string and not exceed 3-4 feet in length. For more details go to the Rules & Guidelines for Homeowners document under Residence Rules.
Water leak: Report any water leaks or maintenance issues with the common area irrigation to our Management Executive at Hawaiiana Management (808) 270-3218  Water is expensive, let’s keep our costs down!
