Quiet Hours and Days

Wailea Kai Quiet Hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am daily. While entertaining, playing music or watching tv, whether indoors or outdoors, the volume must be kept low enough so as to not disturb neighbors between these hours. In addition, the use of any noise making landscape maintenance equipment or construction equipment is restricted to 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Wailea Kai Quiet Days (meaning no landscape maintenance, construction or noisy home improvements) are Sundays and the holidays listed below.
The Wailea Community Association (WCA) has additional "Holidays" that prohibit all and any construction work within Wailea. These days are listed on the final page of our Directory. No construction work is allowed anywhere in Wailea on these days. Otherwise, construction must not commence prior to 7:30 am and cease by 5:00 pm, with no construction noise between 8:00 and and 4:30 pm.
So, relax, enjoy the day, and send your hired hardworking people home to enjoy the holiday.
